Dear Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for your interest in the Head Start/Early Head Start program! We offer early learning programs for pregnant women and families with children ages birth to 5 years at NO COST to you!
Please be patient, a staff person will call or stop at your house to complete the application. It may take up to 4 weeks. In the meantime, please see ‘Documents needed’ below and have them ready.
Documents needed to complete application:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Proof of Family Income
- Pay stubs, W2s, 1040 tax form, determination letters, SNAP card, etc.
