PLEASE NOTE: This is just a pre-application. To be admitted into this program, all applicants will have to go to their local CareerLink office. Locations are the Westmoreland CareerLink in Youngwood, PA (724-755-2330); the Fayette CareerLink located in Lemont Furnace, PA (724-434-5627); and the Alle-Kiski CareerLink in New Kensington, PA (724-334-8600).
Documents you will need for the appointment are: Photo ID, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Proof of graduation or withdrawal from school (copy of diploma, letter from school, copy of withdraw letter, etc.), Proof of registration for Selective Service (this is registration for the draft which can easily be completed online at sss.gov/home/registration. If unable to print proof of registration, at least copy down the number you are assigned), proof of income for individual, and be registered as an “individual seeking employment” on pacareerlink.pa.gov.
